The context of 'Lonely Environment' symbolizes the essence of the environment in its natural surroundings and portraits the lonely old days. The loneliness of old people still living in the past whilst their children are too busy with their own lives in the modern world. The portrait of a happy family is now just a decoration on the wall. Computer chips reflect the pathway of development in a borderless world and although communication has become easier with technological advancements, it is still difficult to please a lonely old father as he still chooses to live in the past.

Se_Ladang
Description
:
The idea of this artwork is derived from a quote in the biography of a village’s girl. “I had to find some special occupation, some kind of work that would not force me to turn away from the sky and the stars that would allow me to discover the meaning of life”.
This artwork is created to signify the village girl in me. I was born in a small village named Kampung Sungai Dulang which is rich with natural environment where all creation has its own value and meaning. My artwork “Se_ladang” is named after Seladang, to reflect the natural environment that I lived in.
I captured moments of my life in the village throughout the creative process to ensure that the essence of the natural environment is delivered and felt by the viewers through this artwork. Behind its rough look, there is a hidden perspective which I like the viewers to discover and relate with the reality of their own surroundings.

Paper Cranes
Description
:
This artwork depicts the contribution of Malaysia's natural heritage to our lives especially in urban environments. Although Malaysia is blessed with the beauty of nature and environment, Mother Nature has to deal with devastation that is caused by human greed. These paper cranes symbolize nature. The girl with the paper cranes depicts a Malaysian girl exposed to nature. The message of this icon is to reconnect people to nature and to speak freely about the importance of environmental issues facing our future generation. It is also a reminder that as children, we used to play out in the nature typically every day. Somehow, the new generation these days have push this special time in their lives to the back of their minds so that they can make room for social networking, making money and buying the next best gadgets. How can our new generations discover the beauty of nature especially the species of plants and animals if we do not preserve and conserve it? It is important to preserve a place where nature can thrive and people of all ages can come to discover the natural world.

Life
Description
:
Basically, this artwork is based on my life experience as a kid until now. I have been raised in a small village named Slim River, and the way how my parents taught me have influenced my life and the way I think. For me, the human brain collects various memories and keeps it for the rest of our lives. Memories are hidden safely in the brain storage and will recall again when certain events grasp our memory. This is call life experience. I have selected some memorable and precious memories and symbolized them into visual art. Every subject matter has its own purposes. The human brain is like a light bulb, lighting up our life. It contains living things that keep living until our pulses stop beating.

Earth Last Hope
Description
:

A Fine Morning in Kepong FRIM
Description
:
This is my first time to FRIM in Kepong and even though I have done some research on the location, I was confused and at a loss of finding a good scene for my photo opportunities when I arrived onsite. As the sun was rising, I was nervous with worries that I will miss the best lighting to capture my photos. As I walked down the road, something made me turn back. A captivating scene of the soft golden rays of the morning sun grazing on a bench and a tree beside the lake with its surrounding hills caught my immediate attention. After a few attempts, I managed to get the perfect shot that I am happy with. I love to take photos during sunrise and sunset because that is the time where the changing light showcases its magical beauty.

Totoro Forest/ Bamboo Forest
Description
:
This photo was taken at FRIM, Kepong. Somehow, the scenery reminds me of Totoro artwork by Hayao Miyazaki and I felt as if Totoro will show itself through this photo which is a complete mystery to me. This particular environment at FRIM is spectacular because it resembles the bamboo forest in Japan.

Dawn
Description
:
My photograph describes the view of the horizon at day break. As the sun emerges from the sea, the burning sun rays pour down on to the ocean, creating a sea of flames. The view of the sea that has already imprinted itself into the minds of the fishermen, is a completely new experience to me. The purple skyline that contrasts the orange sun rays show me that nature and the environment is not just about green leaves and multi-coloured flowers, but also of the change that comes when day becomes night, and when night becomes day. Day break represents the start of something new, getting a new chance at taking on the world and being grateful for being able to wake up to new discoveries everyday. I am envious of the fishermen that are able to experience the rise of the sun every morning when they head towards the sea. Their shadows being the only thing that remind them that the night will come.

The Beauty of Mount Kinabalu
Description
:
This image was captured during my solo hike to Mount Kinabalu. Even after the earthquake on June 5, 2015, the mountain still remains strong and the beauty is still captivating for the people who see it. Going on this journey, it is not just about conquering the peak but also a life learning experience. I was on a mission to find myself but I discovered more than I had expected. I have learned to appreciate the little things around me and to be thankful for the life I have. The nature of Mount Kinabalu has filled me up with strength and positivity, to keep moving forward and living this life with full of passion and joy.
As a citizen in the earth today, we are lucky enough to have a mesmerizing and inspiring nature environment. However, we tend to take it for granted thus environment issues has become one of the major question. We hope this video reminds people that we are exploiting our own resources. We believe that the ultimate rediscovery of nature and environment is to realise that we will lose everything if we do not stop and do something, right now.
